P2195 & 2238 2013 TRD

I have a 2013 TRD and I was getting misfire codes on Cyl 1 & 6. I had the plugs, coil overs changed, change O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 and had it flushed. When I got my truck back from the mechanic I was getting just a P2238 code intermittently. Took it back to the mechanic and they replaced the O2 sensor for a second time. Problem still persisted. When I took it back a third time the replaced both sensors on bank one. They said that if that didn't fix the problem to take it to Toyota. The problem is not fixed now the instead of the check engine and track off lights coming in intermittently they are on permanently and there is a second code P2195. So there are now the P2238 and the P2195 codes on permanently. Does anyone have any suggestions. I'm trying to avoid taking the truck to Toyota to get looked at. Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined I just didn't have the time to fix the other issues. I need to register and get a smog by the end of the month. Please help!
