Warfab Inc - Reopening this can of worms

I understand if I get shut down by mods given the recent drama bw TW and WarFab, but truly curious what other’s recent, meaning last 2 months, experience is with them. I received and paid a final invoice, meaning the bumper I ordered was completed and ready for shipment, on 10/1. We’re closing out the 7th week since I’ve completely paid, and I was told arrangements are trying to be made with freight. I ordered a pallet (1000#) of rubber mulch from a company out of NJ, and received it in about a week, so I suppose I’m just spoiled.
I just want to know if others have ordered anything since they've changed their order/shipping process recently and if their experience is the same.
