So, this was just funny..(?) She found out the traffic was for a cookie... book... distribution... on the road. I guess that's a thing?
    https://www.we-energies.com/recipes/cookie-book-distribution-list

... to the point where the police did indeed have a presence and traffic flow layout for the masses of cookie monsters and normal people trying to get around, some waiting in line for hours.

The sound of my hitch skid dragging across a rock in Moab is a something I will never forget and don't want to forget.
One of the joys in my life.

As for a stereo, stock is fine for me.
The cab shakes just fine when this is played load.

You know... I thought about your post overnight. Most of my big (expensive) mods have been created by my ingenuity and student learning. They are NOT perfect but they have worked well-better than most things that I have purchased thinking they would be better (except for my wiring jobs which seem to have a shelf life...) I was skeptical about used, but hell these tires have worked out great. I used to buy used stereo equipment because the discounts were deep and I could get REALLY good stuff that was way outside my lane (financially.) Seems more responsible. So dented and scratched just means its seasoned (you don't have to get upset when you do it!) Plus, if it isn't what you wanted (which often happens to me...) your not out as much. You have lots of time to get new things, enjoy being young, broke and creative!

By the way, Arkansas is looking better and better as of right now...

I'm definitely not trying to grow up. But, I definitely need to work on my financial situation.

    Looks like a perfect day!

I was going to guess around 60#, but it's hard to judge when you don't know how tall anyone is.

This really has me itching to get to Florida. :goingcrazy:

I really want to try some offshore fishing this year.

Actually it was about 60. I found out after posting that I needed to deduct the weight of the container they had it in for weighing it.
20 minutes later his brother reeled in on that tipped the scales at 88lbs!

Oh there will be some mods all right
I really need to as well, like badly. That's why I don't have a new vehicle yet and have slowed down heavily on the mods.

    Wow! What a day!

Nerd question: Do they use circle hooks?

So, you're just keeping the Taco because you can't afford to buy another car?

Side note: I missed the avatar conversation. When I first noticed the new one, I thought it was Charlie the unicorn. :D

Speaking of stereo equipment. My 30yr old receiver just started putting out a crackling noise in the right channel. It's on all inputs and both the A & B speaker outputs. I need to crack the case to see if there is anything obvious but I may end up looking for a replacement (sigh)

Bad (dirty) volume potentiometer would be my guess. Spraying with electronic cleaner may help, but it more than likely will need to be replaced.

As mentioned by @OldSchlPunk , you could try tuner cleaner. Hopefully it works! Good stereo equipment is expensive!
