Saw this floor Jack mounted on the side of a Tacoma, and wanted to know if anyone here has an idea as to how they did it?

Welcome to Tacoma World. Looks like it's a DMZ FAB skid plate (or maybe a DIY version using aluminum plate) for the Harbor Freight aluminum jack mounted onto some T slot nuts in the tracks on the bed.

Is the spare tire tie down off the shelf, does anyone have a recommendation for something like this?
