My introduction to Tacoma was an ‘06 Prerunner double cab with a cap, a year-long deal piggybacking my Toyota corporate son’s lease program. Enjoyed it immensely, but after many years and many new vehicles, I decided I wanted another truck, so my youngest son, a finance manager at a big Toyota dealership, two months ago snagged my ‘23 Limited Nightshade edition. A few tweaks since and 520 miles later, I am a happy guy.
