    Short and sweet:

Wife got her Tacoma TRD OR today and they added the upgraded AT tires, but the wheels are a no-go for us. I have searched the forum and am I assuming +25 is the offset for the attached stock OEM wheels?

We are keeping the tires but looking for new wheels, can y'all post pics of your aftermarket wheels (with specs) if you have STOCK TRD OR suspension?

Yes, those are +25mm 16x7 wheels. I can’t help with wheel pics, I think those look far better than 99% of the aftermarket. I’m sure you’ll get plenty input soon enough.

We like the all-black look but not wanting any rubbing issues at all. Maybe a little more poke.

TRD Pro wheels might be a good choice. They’re located a bit further out, all black, and still maintain the stock ish approach. They aren’t that expensive either, Toyota sells them as an accessory.

I fell in love with this guys truck. I sent a message but no response yet, maybe yall can help. I know its a Trail Edition so its slightly lifted than my '23 OR, so what exactly would I need to do to get this tire/wheel setup he has? TRD wheels, 285/65/17's according to one of his picture posts...would I need to level mine in order to get those in? Any cuts/mods to make it all fit without rubbing?

    5100's 1.5 front. 1 inch Eibach block in the rear. KO3 285/70/17 RRW RR6-H 17x8.5.
Offset is key. I don't know what exactly those wheels offsets are but it seems with aftermarket wheels in the 8.5 width, 0 offsets with 285s seems to be the magic touch. I've stated this earlier but a lot of videos on YouTube and some pages here will indicate you need at least a 2.5" lift and a CMC to fit 285's but mine wasn't the case. I only had to do a 1.5 lift up front and a 1 inch block in the back. I may have gotten lucky but I did do a reasonable amount of research before making the necessary decisions. mudflats were the only thing barely touching the tires but when removed I was free and clear. Offroading will likely differ but I'm not worried. Best of luck!
