I’ve read almost every forum here. I have a new to me 14ACV6 4WD. The previous owner just put Monroe Quick shocks on it. Will 5100’s help the wheels keep better contact with the ground in daily driving? This truck is for my teenager. Safety is my focus. It sure seems to bounce on turns with small bumps. I keep chirping the wheels, LOL. It may be just how any truck drives.

5100's wont work with monroe quickstruts because the coil is different. They suck you are correct.

Look for a set of take off coils and shocks from a 2020+ model on your local market place for a bolt in solution that will ride better.

It will sit higher in the front about an inch.

    minor tweaks
Check tire pressure, too high of pressure will contribute to that problem. Shops like to put in 36psi every time they service the truck, mine doesn't drive well unloaded with that kind of pressure, 32psi drives allot better IMO.

Thanks. I was looking at one of those set ups with OME coils, an AAL and 5100’s. The tire pressure is at 35. I’ll fix that today!
