Some Idiots cut my battery cables to steal my battery. Help need pics to make sure connection issues

2007 V6 4wd 1GR-FE LOOKING TO REPLACE STARTER AND REDO THE CABLES AT LEAST POSITIVE SIDE NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT DONT NEED GROUNDS SOMEWHERE ELSE AND INSTALLED CORRECTLY AFTER ALTERNATOR REPLACED ALSO? Pics ???

I just finished replacing all my battery wiring a few weeks ago. It’s not complicated

Wires:

Battery + —> Fuse box (smaller wire)
Battery + —> Starter (big wire)
Battery - —> Engine block (near starter)
Battery - —> Body ground (near battery)

there is also an additional tiny ground wire that is attached to the point where the main ground wire meets the engine block, as mentioned above, that grounds to the frame near the driver shock mount.

The wires going to the starter pass through a weird plastic harness mount on the alternator and it’s a PITA to get off so have fun with that.

 

Here are some closeups of the little plastic cable shroud you'll have to deal with. It is a PITA to try to take it apart blind.

Good on you for helping his poor soul. I spent 45 min on that thing during my big 3 install.
