Been looking for ways to up my mpg, can’t find longer front bumper wind deflector or roof top deflectors for hauling trailers, simi’s have a point with them, also can’t find bumper to bumper running boards for a 6’ tacoma bed or a retractable bed cover.
    Any suggestions?

Welcome to Tacoma World! If you haven't already, start reading in the 3rd Gen section as that is what you have: https://www.tacomaworld.com/forums/3rd-gen-tacomas-2016-2023.186/

Lots of ways to improve MPG but don't expect too much, it is a truck after all. Biggest things are driving less aggressively (not launching like a race car off the stop light, accelerating like a grandma) and lowering speeds on the highway. Getting a tune can sometimes help too. Changing to all season tires versus all terrain can't hurt, proper inflation, smaller size - lots of factors here. Search around, lots of discussion if you look.

Retractable bed cover - search around: https://www.google.com/search?q=site:tacomaworld.com+retractable+bed+cover

No idea what is meant by "bumper to bumper" running boards, I've never seen running boards on any vehicle go from one bumper to the other... if you want running boards look up things like "predator steps tacoma" or if you plan to offroad just get sliders instead.

Definitely go easy on the pedal and check out Bakflip tonneau covers.
