Doing another closet clean out. Selling a bunch of pants I no longer wear or are the wrong size for me etc. Will note any condition issues if present. Overall most are in excellent condition.
Paypal payment only. Prices are shipped. Let me know if you have any questions. If you want more feedback I can provide other sites where I’ve had accounts for a long time: ar15.com, eBay, some gear trade reddits, t4r.org, etc

Men’s Eddie Bauer First Ascent Guide Pro Work Pants – 34x32 – Brown/Coyote

    ** both SOLD **

    $35 shipped

These are based on their very popular stretchy softshell guide pro and guide chino pants (great for every day wear). The coyote / brown ones have a few white paint splatters on them and the green ones have a small smear of glue. Otherwise fantastic condition. These will still serve you well in the field, out hunting, on the range, etc. Very durable feeling but still have a ton of stretch.
“New, hardworking version of our best-selling, two-way stretch Guide Pros, with overlay reinforcements on leg fronts and backside for extra durability.”
    •Flexion two-way active stretch fabric
    •StormRepel® DWR finish sheds moisture
    •FreeShade® UPF 50+ sun protection
    •Polygiene® odor control in waistband
    •Two secure zip cargo pockets
•Articulated knees and trimmed calves for enhanced fit and mobility
•Active. An athletic fit. Close to the body without restricting mobility.

Men’s Haglöfs Tuff Pants Technical Softshell Pants – Med - black

    ** SOLD **
    $60 shipped
    ** SOLD **

Been in my drawer for several years now. I don’t know if I am going to ever get back into a med/32 ish waist again. Excellent condition - no issues.
These are a technical climbing, hiking, mountaineering softshell pant. Have climbed in the PNW in them in the snow with some thin thermals on and they did great. They’re made from Haglöfs own FlexAble Pro fabric, which is basically a tough softshell, with membrane, similar to Gore’s Windstopper fabric. They’re windproof, water resistant and incredibly abrasion resistant. Kevlar reinforced instep for protection if you’re wearing crampons or ice cleats or just general brush/rock protection. Built in belt.
They don’t make this model anymore, but this was a review.

Men’s Mountain Hardwear Piero Pant – 32 – Dark Grey
    ** SOLD **
    $45 shipped
    ** SOLD **

These are a tough but slightly stretchy softshell. Really thick and nice for winter. Almost feel like a synthetic stretchy canvas. Have worn these to work and wait a pair of gaiters out in the snow. Still in excellent condition - no issues. 95% Nylon, 5% Elastane material makes for a stretchy (but loose fit). These are bit more of a relaxed fit compared to later versions of this pant. Not sure if MH still makes them but they did for several years.
    Durable, stretch canvas fabric
Micro-Chamois-lined waist for comfort under a harness
Inseam gusset and articulated knees for mobility
    DWR finish sheds moisture
    UPF 50
    Five-pocket styling

Men’s RAILRIDERS MEN'S VERSATAC LIGHT PANTS - Medium – Light grey
    ** SOLD **

    $50 shipped
    ** SOLD **

Not sure on the exact model / material but they don’t appear to make the VersaTac pants in this grid / ripstop material anymore. 100% nylon. These have a stretch waist but the rest of the pants are not. Honestly I am just spoiled by stretch these days and thus don’t wear these anymore. These look a tiny bit word in general (some light piling in higher wear areas like a couple pockets, but that is about it). RailRiders are a small company but pretty sought after regarding build quality etc. Kind of a more civilian / travel oriented TAD gear pants. I used to have a paid of Nylon TADs and the build quality and button sewing is definitely on par.

Patagonia PCU Level 5 Military Softshell Trousers – med long (probably 32/33 waist) – green gray (sort of alpha green)
    ** SOLD **
    $80 shipped

    ** SOLD **

These do have some Velcro tabs on each side for adjusting size, so have a bit of play in the waist but feel a tiny bit small for a mil med. I would say if you’re a 32/33 ish they would be good. Excellent condition. Basically unworn, definitely unissued. Come with suspenders.
The protective combat uniform or PCU is a prominent, versatile, and fantastic bang-for-buck US surplus goldmine of incredibly useful clothing. Meant to be the wind-resistant layer you put on top of your cammies, the level 5 still boasts the features of a standalone layer that performs excellently in tons of climates. Featuring breathable microfiber, the pants are just warm enough for summer and fall use without the sweatiness of the typical nylon ripstop material most pants use.
Being made to go on top of your other gear, they feature side-zips prominently down most of the legs, interrupted by large zippered cargo pockets. they come with suspenders so you don't have to worry about moving your belt to your outermost layer, and both the waist and ankle cuffs are elastic for better insulation and fit.
