    Being real serious I might not have ever believed this therapy would really work!!:anonymous::amen:

    It really has made a huge difference:thumbsup::thumbsup:

    I feel 95% better :D:D:censored::censored: really works.

    Though it seems to work only when the therapist suggests the therapy :yes:.

    Now if your going to ask for pictures. I think I am to old to start another career:oldglory::oldglory::oldglory:

    Not OSHA rule, a company rule. I sat through eight hours of mind numbing boredom called safety. Um, common sense anyone? Anyway there is no rule from a safety standpoint to pee after an accident, the company can choose to institute this policy and get a slight price break on insurance as @Bivouac says. I am on the company side on this.

    Yeah likely a company rule, but could also be a DOT rule, the DOT loves to make people take piss tests. Any incident involving moving vehicles and they want urinalysis... So much easier to point blame that way.

    As things always change I never had to take a Drug test on the 2 little fender benders in a Commercial vehicle

    Only in the event of a fatal crash.

    Maybe for vehicles but not in the plant like transport and lift trucks.
    From the company point of view, having to do a pee test after an accident is as much a deterrent to showing up drunk or high as anything else. And let's be real...drunk or high people should not be operating something that can kill non drunk or high people just doing their job. Non drunk or high people can focus better, make higher quality decisions and are generally better in the workplace.
    Sure, a foreman or manager could make the judgement call on when to do the test if there is an accident, but what if it's their buddy or the manager sucks?

    It takes a few days for all of us to get used to a new vehicle.

    Just like all therapists have the same general parts they tend to all drive different.

    It is math but not as straightforward as one might expect. Assuming you have a net zero calorie count where you are consuming exactly what your body needs to maintain the current weight at rest with no movement at all, it would take a loss of 3500 calories from exercise to lose one pound of fat. Sounds simple but to lose those 3500 calories you would need to walk/run/crawl 35 miles!(The slower your pace during the 35 miles the more fat is used as a fuel source of the body). So adjusting one's diet and making healthy food choices is the much, much quicker method of losing weight. But often weight loss permanently is tied to a change in lifestyle which should include an appropriate level of exercise. So exercise is important for overall health but to use exercise as a sole means of losing weight will be a long, tough road.

    When I was going to the gym everyday and watching lots of trainers online, one of the sayings that stuck with me was, “You can’t out train a bad diet”.which I think is the easiest way to put it. It’s a hard thing to do, but it’s easier to be disciplined one day at the grocery store than it is all week. If that makes sense.
