I’ve read a few posts online and video talking about this and wanted to share my info for anyone looking for it.
I had P0171 and P0174. Bank 1 and 2 system lean. My fuel trims were around +30. No hesitation, drivability or starting problems.

No obvious vacuum leaks (didnt smoke test)
Cleaned MAF sensor and swapped the one from my Corolla (same part #) fuel trims stayed in the 30’s.

Bypassed the low speed fuel pump resistor and fuel trims immediately dropped to 9% which isnt great but good.
The resistor sends less power to the fuel pump at idle which causes the pump to run at a slower speed. Bypassing it gives full power at all times.

Ordered a fuel pump and swapped it out today. The old one looked in great condition for a 200k mile truck but the strainer at the bottom of the pump was black and clogged which was causing the lean condition. After replacing the pump the fuel trims are now 0 - 1%.
