Knocking/Clicking Front Drivers Side (PreRunner i.e., not a CV joint)

Hi all, I searched but any threads on front wheel knocking were mostly for 4wd and settled on a CV joint replacement.

I have a 2008 TRD OR PreRunner with a slight knocking and click in the drivers front side. When I reverse it's like a slow soft knock, but when I drive forward at speed it's more like a light click. Jumped underneath but couldn't see any issues.

I had my shocks replaced front and rear about a month ago with stock height Bilstein 4600s.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Did you check the wheel bearings?

Jack it up and grab the wheel at 3 and 9 o'clock and try and move it side to side. Do the same at 12 and 06 o'clock. Any slop or movement is a sign of a worn out bearing.
