So there is a strange issue. Engine cranks and runs for 2 seconds then dies.. Then it only cranks and won't fire and run again for 24 hrs oddly. Strangely removed throttle body, 2 tps A and B, iac, could AIR intake system and mass airflow all removed, and vaccum lines. So with those all plugged in it won't run. Throws Codes 2111, 213, 122 or 112, 219. Any idea?

I'm gonna take a wild ass guess, and go with crank sensor, but I wouldn't bet on it.

However, your description is a bit cryptic- it would be worth you time to give us a better run down of what you have tried. You say you removed the TB, intake, TPS & IAC (really connected to the TB), and vac lines.. I wouldn't expect the engine to run without those attached at all.

So with the parts mentioned removed, sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn't. When it sucesfully DOES fire and runs it purrs like a kitten. But if unsuccessful staying it like mentioned. it won't successfully fire again for 24 hrs it seems no matter how many times I try.

The wierd part is, it DOES fire and runs (although not every time I try) with those posts removed, and seemingly is the only way it will run. But with them removed it will not fire and run seemingly no matter what I try. With the parts removed, seems to be the only way this will run. Very strange indeed.

Alright, you've got a handful of codes- what have you done about them?

Do you have a digital copy of the factory service manual (FSM)? It's easy to find if you google search for it. It's going to have troubleshooting specs for each specific item in the truck. Take those codes you got, and start inspecting each of the trouble items.

It's worth noting, that when it comes time to replace these parts (sensors, etc) that these ECU's are pretty picky about the sensors, and it's only suggested to get OEM or an OEM supplier part. MAF = OEM or Denso, etc... If you go with some other cheap brand, you're just introducing another potential error into the system.
