Like the title says, I've got a wobble in my truck. The tires are balanced, the alignment is good. Most of my front end has been rebuilt this summer with quality parts. I just rebuilt my drive shaft from the transfer case back to the rear differential. It's usually at it's worse when I'm between 50 and 60 mph. I can also tell if I'm on a perfectly flat surface just barely rolling forward.

Last week, I put my truck up on jack stands, put it in 4WD, engaged the rear diff locker, and just watched the wheels go 'round. I noticed the rear driver's side was a bit off. I removed it and the spacer to take a closer look. At some point in time, it looks like that spacer was dropped. There was some marring as you can see by the light coming from under the 6" scale. I also circled in the second picture in red where the marring was on the mating surface. I filed it down flat and reinstalled it. There is still a bit of a wobble. I'm assuming that must have made the tires wear in a certain way. Is it possible that it bent my steel wheels? What else could this be?

Let us know if that fixed it. I doubt that’s your issue.

Factory lift kit. Lomax tri fold Tonneau.
Swap both rear wheels and spacers to opposite sides and see if wobble switches to other side. Or even mount spare to see if that wobbles.
