Is there anyone out there that could help me fabricate and weld a shock mount on my 97 Tacoma?

It's a good truck but of course the frame is a pretty rusted. It drives like crap without the shock attached.

I live in the Twin Cities in Minnesota and would love to get this fixed. If you know a good shop that could do this or if you want to work on it together that would be great. I don't have a garage or the tools to do this job myself.

    Thank you.
