Convert 2WD A340E transmission into 4WD A340F

Hi, I have 2002 Toyota Sequoia SR5 that's 2WD as of now. I'm converting it into 4WD with FJ style j-shifter manual transfer case. The vehicle has 150k miles and works well so it's probably better if I could reuse existing transmission rather than get an unknown one from a junkyard.

As far as I know I need to change 2 things to turn my A340E into A340F.
- output shaft
- tail section

Questions:

• where do you think I can purchase output shaft and tail section that would turn my A340E into A340F?
• once I have the transmission on the bench, I would like to replace some parts that may be worn, what would you recommend changing? I heard that some variations of A340F (e.g. 4Runners or Tundras from 2000 - 2002 have bad planetary gear that strips). Also I heard that some other variants of A340F (e.g. Land Cruiser one) are more beefy, possibly they have more clutches?

• Would you know the part number for the 2WD and 4WD transmission output shaft?
• Is 4WD A340F output shaft part nr 3507335060 or 3577130040?
• Would you know the part number for the 4WD transmission tail section?
• Is it true that 4WD transmission pan is deeper than 2WD transmission pan?
