just to be clear, it appears from your reading that you have an off centre steering wheel not so much a pull. Toe doesn't cause a pull but assuming the steering wheel was properly centred with the engine running, holder in place and suspension jounced, it looks like an off centre steering wheel but based in them just cruising in the parking lot... i don't wanna be too harsh but doesn't really seem like they have a clue what they're doing. Just trying to make the numbers green. You need to get up to minimum 60kph but ideally i like to get on the highway and go atleast 100kph. A pull wouldn't show up going parking lot speeds unless you have a catastrophic issue. Where are you located? Maybe I can recommend an alignment shop if you're in Alberta because they clearly are not alignment savvy like most guys

I just bought a 2023 TRD Off Road and it seems to be having the same issue. Maybe is a Toyota Truck thing? I will also drive it around for 2k miles and see if that would fix it. If not I will take it to the dealership to get it checked out.

I noticed not just Tacoma's but most all vehicles tend to come from the factory aligned "neutral", meaning no bias to pull left or right for road crown, If you drove in the left lane the condition would be opposite.

As you said, let the suspension settle and break in for 2k then go from there

Mine pulled slightly to the right from the minute I drove it home. Waited for a few thousand miles and took it to my local tire/alignment shop. The dealer cant even put the proper air pressure in my tires so no way I'd trust them to align it. My shop works on lots of upper brand vehicles and if they can fix exotics and luxury cars I trust them and have for 40 years.
Tech did a test drive came back worked on it, test drive back on the rack, test drive and back in my hands. Problem fixed.

Center the steering wheel and problem will be fixed.

I just bought a used 2022 Tacoma with only 10K miles. Truck shows no wear at all, like new. Left the dealer, hit the freeway & noticed wander to the right. Back to dealer for alignment & tire rotation. Left & hit the freeway . . . still wanders slightly off to the right. Running the original stock Goodyear Wranger AT tires. I decided to just drive the truck, later new tires when needed. It's a 4x4 truck not a car. I like it.
