Need help with 35 Gal action packer dimensions

Any of you guys have a 35gal action packer that are willing to take some measurements?
I can't find one in stores to measure.
I just need to know two things:
1.) How long the base is at the bottom where it would sit on a cargo carrier. Some places show 35 1/4" and some show 32 1/4" but I'm not sure if either are for the base.
2.) If you put the short side against the wall, how far is it from the base of the action packer to the wall?

I have a hitch mounted cargo carrier, and after putting my cooler on it I have 33 1/4" width left over.
