Toyo AT3s. I use to run the AT2s now the even better AT3s on my 4Runner, my Tacoma and my son's on his second set of AT3s. Awesome highway ride, quiet, great in the rain and great on the beach. I run SL rated 285s and gas mileage is same but I have a tune which helps. My 99 4Runner is a beast with these in a 265/70/17 on new $runner SR5 wheels, great all around tire. I ran numerous sets of BFGs over 38 years and always had some kind of issue, hard to balance and dry rotting plus every set was decent at the ski lodges and as the have changed the design some over the years they have seem to have gotten worse in the rain. Its just a high maintenance tire. The Falkens get great reviews too, but heard they have their issues too. Coopers are a nice tire, but I'm sold on the Toyos, the warranty and every set balanced perfect with very little weights.

Never had a problem on 6 sets on any of them being noisy. First I heard of this but I think they are very quiet for an all terrain tire.

Welcome. If you're willing to share such as your location for weather and road conditions to determine needs better and if you plan to off road and to what degree would help those that know. I live in cold snowy icy Alberta Canada, Have General Grabber ATX and they're ok but would like something better on ice conditions.

I have to agree on the Falcon WILD PEAK AT3W. Price point is great, they ride well, not noisy, good all around traction and they look great too. The Wrangler DURATRAC is a Great Tire but will set your wallet back a bit more. At the end of the day, everyone is different and opinions are like, well you know. I've worked in the automotive business for over 40 years now and I started with GOODYEAR in 1983-2018 with a few detours along the way. I have seen my fair share of tires and I have a set of the Falcons on my 23 Tacoma double cab SR 4x4. I really enjoy the ride, traction, looks and the price was awesome.
