I ended up getting this kit from BuyBrakes.com. The part number is 970.44042

Better compound and new rotors were my buying points. The 34" tires I run now are making the truck less willing to slow down. I wanted better initial bite than the OEM pads and boy did I get it. These stop very well. They almost seem "sticky" with regards to the pedal feel now. With just a little bit of braking force I can feel these grab. I'm sure these will yield a bit more dust but that's understandable. I'd rather have slightly dusty wheels than die in a crash while everyone on TW is hoping I part out the truck so they can get my shiny wheels. It should also be noted that these pads have a larger contact patch than the OEM pads. It's hard to explain but the OEM pads are shaped in such a way that they don't take advantage of the full area of the pad backing. These do and I think in part, it helps translate into better initial bite.

i have EBC rotors with Greenstuff pads and I am pleased with their performance.... cannot speak for longevity of the pads, but I rotated tires last weekend after 8-10k miles on brakes pads still look meaty... if that's the route you go shop around, i found the cheapest price on ebay...

Do the TRD Pads fit the OffRoad? I ask b/c when ordering from the dealer's website, the website state the TRD pads are not compatible. I am thinking this is just b/c when I put in my model it doesn't match TRD.
