Throtl customer service sucks

    Be warned: in stock does not mean the same to everyone. Called to verify they had the big brake kit I wanted in stock but got no answer. Read site describing how quick they are shipping items listed in stock and if item was listed shipping from manufacturer or backordered times would be longer. Week goes by and I try to get a hold of them to see why order hasnt changed from processed. 3 calls later i get Cody who says they are in stock with wilwood, not them. Should be shipped in about a month. I explain their website shows them in stock and he argues with me so i email screenshots of their site and put in refund request. Cody tells me I'm looking at restock and return fees(10%) despite them not stocking parts or shipping parts yet. Nothing happens so I leave bad google review. Within an hour Tyler calls me and says most people are grateful for drop shippers and that they have the parts in stock at the manufacturer.

    Notified BBB but hopefully someone sees this post before ordering and not after like me. Had I dont my research I'd have seen they have MANY complaints of this exact situation.
