One good thing about requiring a prescription is that the insurance is more likely to pay for it that way. Assuming that you do have insurance. And it can be a game changer for sure. You don't realize exactly how much real sleep you are not getting.

Appliance update: I have located replacement burners for the cooktop online. Might end up purchasing the 2 that are problematic and replacing them, see if that fixes it. Itd be about 400$ going to compare that to a new range and see what the wife(boss) says

I didn’t know we were poor until my older sister complained about it to my parents

Having my formative years in the 70’s was a challenge :notsure: You don’t miss what you don’t want but we didn’t go hungry like some of the kids I went to school with..

I watched a show on PBS once about people growing up in the mountains, like nobody else around mountains. A woman on there said "we didn't know we were poor until the government came by and told us we were poor". All in perspective

I thought my friends growing up with an ice maker and air condition were rich.

    New poll.

I usually respond to text pretty quick unless I'm busy then I forget for a few hours.

Seems like I've been around people and they always have their phone with them but they take forever to respond to a text from me.

I sent a guy one about an hour ago and still waiting

    Re poll.
I got a friend that believes that text messages are like emails. You got 24 hours to respond. Soooo fucking frustrating. :anonymous:

    Whoohoo! First!

I am not a fan of texting. I can do it but I am not fast at it. It serves it's purposes but unless I am communicating something that is time sensitive and I have told who I am texting to that I will be texting I try not to be tied down by it. I am very bad at texting and driving so I avoid that at all times or I pull over. I am good at ignoring texts if the person texting is overly demanding and juvenile.

I try not to even look at my phone while I'm driving.

My wife likes to send text where she talks into the phone and sends it, she does this with some of her friends and one message the other day was 9 minutes from her friend. Drives me nuts, I say why don't you and her talk on the phone?????????????

She tries to send me voice text but I can't hear good anyway and out here in the shop with stuff running, forget it.

My wife has mastered the talk to text in the car. I avoid it because it will not end well and I kinda like it when I drive and escape from people. Geez, I sound old. :pout:
