I wasn't comfortable with my TE's on the stock lugs (IIRC only got about 5 lug turns) and threw on extended ones. I chose the "+1/2" extra option from WheelAdapter.com and IRL they were +1" over stock. I'd go with the matrix ones if I had it to do over again - they'll be much simpler to swap into the rear drum assembly than the ones I got and should provide about +5 lug turns over stock. It worked out okay since I'm running extended lug nuts anyway, but these definitely would not fit under stock length lug nuts.

Thanks man. Swapping them seems like cheap piece of mind! Are the Matrix lugs the Dorman 462 or 463?

    462 are 40mm long (stockish). 463 are 55mm long.

SICK! My math says they won't fit the front if you're 4WD but I'm still waiting for showstoppers to get back to me on these with their findings. Hopefully they work!

Yeah, eyeballing it would agree with your calculation... however, I may just run a small spacer to clear if needed.

Also thought about doing that. I have room to space with my huge studs but I really do love the -10 fitment on these. 10-15mm spacers wouldn't be awful tho if the benefit is these sexy caps.

Not a Taco but I got tires mounted and test fitted the wheels on my Runner today. Still waiting for Bilstein 8112/8100 to show up because they're rubbing right now..

Verdict = no dice... The caps look gorgeous but sit nearly flush with the face of the wheel. Going to need spacers to run these, as the dust cap needs to sit below the outer face of the wheel sadly.

Is the raised area what caused the interference? Circled in red on the dust cap. The cap fits fine in the rear?

Sadly, no. Nearly the entire height of the dust cap interferes with mounting. We'll need a spacer that pushes past nearly 85% of the cap to clear. Rear is no problem though.

    Side note: dope brakes!!
