If you don’t mind what was the part number from energy suspension? I have to do mine but am currently roaming in South America and need to get the right part the first time. Thanks.

The same ones as seen at the top of the thread. 8.10106G from Energy Suspension. Good luck.

i clipped the side of a raised median accelerating onto the highway at about 5-10 mph. bent the damn axle shaft but it was still "in spec" so no shop would replace it because they couldn't "replicate the issue" that they kept blaming on tire balancing and characteristics of the truck. ridiculous experience. i think the flange or studs were slightly bent.

replaced wheel, tire, drum, differential and still had the issue. spent months and thousands of dollars trying to get it fixed. 15 total shop visits and $4,000 before i gave up. ended up having to sell it because i couldn't drive it like that. even had a shop remove everything and inspect and the dealership wouldn't install a new part even when i told them i would pay for it. absolute insane experience.

How much should the bolt/bushing shift when parked on the ground and turning the wheel 1/4 turn or so back and forth?

I've been getting a bit of steering wheel shimmy and wandering on some of the highways around here and my alignment as well as balance should be good.

The passenger side visibly shifts a bit.
