    Hi everybody. New here.

Never owned a Tacoma before but looking at an 09 tomorrow. 220k miles. 44 service records on carfax with dealer doing all maintenance by the book. my question is are there particular places on the frame I should be looking at for rust? And if the dealer serviced it wouldn’t they check the frame when doing safety inspection?
The rest of the truck looks great.

IMG_4640.jpg The Small dealership says frame looks good but will definitely check it out.

Really glad you made the effort to look!

Was this for sale by owner or at a dealership?

Inspect upper and lower control arm bushings, upper and lower ball joints, and bounce test the back end for blown shocks. I have an 06 identical TRD OFF model and those are the aspects I have just dealt with at 240K

    why so high

    pretty vague

    all of it

    no

especially the faded headlights owner couldn't be bothered to replace for $50/ea

    sure they do

they're blown if not replaced. Nothing to inspect.
