Just bought a 2023 Tacoma OR last week, and I love it, but when I go for long drives, I get bad neck pain. I’ve been trying to find the perfect seat setup, but I just can’t, no matter how much I adjust the seat. Anyone else experienced this? Would seat jackers maybe help with this? Or any advice on what could help? Also, I never experienced neck pain when driving other vehicles.

I'm betting you are scrunching down because the top of the windshield is lower than your last vehicle.

You probably don't even know you are doing it.

It took a long time for me to realize I was doing this.

I don't think seat spacers are going to help you.

I think just the opposite....probably sitting too low.

    Welcome to the forum :hattip:

Try turning your head restraints around. I found them to be against the back of my head in any position causing me to be constantly leaning forward - which doesn't help with the low windshield as stated above.

    How tall are you btw?

Check out these seat spacers from TW member @mrproduxn https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/fs-new-safer-quikfix™-seat-spacers-rear-brackets-30-53.809869/

I have the old style and have been happy with them. Have em installed in both driver and passengers side. The definitely help.

Just wait it out, once you hit 65+ everything hurts regardless. Getting in and out of bed is an adventure.
If you drop a dime you don't try to pick it up because you realize you might end up on the ground.

I totally agree. A few years back I figured out why grumpy old men are so grumpy.
    Everything we do hurts.

    So what did you do.
    No spacers?
    Spacers in the front?
    Spacers in the back?

Somewhat related. You know why old men need Viagara? Because they sleep with old women.

Yeah I find myself constantly moving around in the seat while driving. The tacoma really isn’t the best for comfort

I have a 21 Off-road. Easily the most uncomfortable truck I’ve owned (I’m 52). My commute is only 25miles so I live with it. About a 2 hour road trip is max for me. I tried the seat jackers in various combinations (both front and rears), didn’t seem to help much.
