Nothing much. Upgraded mirrors to 01-04, upgraded taillamps to 01-04, upgraded cowl grill 01-04 because it has screen underneath to keep debris out, and has the rubber bumper in the middle to stabilize the hood. Upgraded the interior rearview mirror to 04 with dual map lights. Billet polished grill inserts. Sprayin bedliner.
I recommend to avoid joejoe (aka Joseph hudspeth, Joseph Lundberg, Joey, ECT) .
Guy ripped me off for $253.00.
I ordered a part from him ,paid him through PayPal, back in mid March 2023. He took my money and told me the order was in and would ship out the next day. It didn't.
After a couple of weeks or so, not hearing anything about my part, I contacted joejoe.
He said he hadn't heard anything back from toyota. LOL !
This went on every month until mid August. When I asked if my part was on backorder. He said he wouldn't say it was on backorder, that he just still hadn't heard from Toyota.
Here is where the truth comes out...
I called a local Toyota dealership here, and gave them my vin# and asked about the brake master cylinder, and the parts manager informed me that the part was discontinued indefinitely from Toyota Motors Parts, and had been for well over a year.
I also called the Toyota dealership in southern California where joejoe gets his oem parts from, and the parts manager there told me the same info about the part. It's discontinued.
So I'm mad by then because I know for a fact that this joejoe coward has been dishonest and ripped me off for $253.00.
I filed a claim with PayPal and my bank ,for not receiving the part I paid for, and to get my money back.
Then this joejoe clown starts sending me messeges on messenger, telling me it's not going to do any good to file a claim against him.
He actually went on FB and was talking about this in his little group, and told someone that when I ordered the part, he found out the next day that the warehouse didn't have it because the on hand count was incorrect. Then he claimed the part was on backorder from Toyota a couple of days later. LOL !
I have a saved screenshot of the conversation he posted on FB.
My question, and what I really want to know is ....
How could the brake master cylinder, be out of stock at his warehouse, and backordered from Toyota Motors, if it's been discontinued for over a year ??
Then after I filed the claim with my bank, joejoe sends me a messege ,claiming he has my brake master cylinder , and has had it for 3+ weeks.
The boy is a compulsive and habitual liar, and a narcissist.
He tells his little fan club puppets in his FB group what they want to hear. And they now down and pray to him like he is a Messiah or something.
Bottom line is ,if joejoe is so legit , then why the need to hide behind a cartoon pic on his FB page profile, why all the alias's, names, ECT.
After doing research his so called business name isn't legit, in any state, in our country.
And if he is so legit, and has all these connections with Toyota Motors, why doesn't the smug little clown have a legit, reputable website, ECT, where people can just order the parts they need.
I should have known better when I sent that boy my money, and he told me to send it through PayPal, via friends and family, and leave notes/comment blank, that he was shady, and not legit.
I have the transaction info, all comments, emails and all from that clown joejoe pertaining to this mess.
I'm not here to argue with anyone about this, and I won't. It's a total waste of time to argue on the internet.
I don't need anyone's approval on this either. If you love joejoe, the clown, I'm happy for you.
With that said, at the end of the day, joejoe ripped me off to the amount of $253.00.
I am just letting anyone that wants to know, or might be considering sending him money for parts, this bad experience. There is a chance you could be next.
    You make that decision.
I know I'll never ,ever, send that smug clown money for parts again.

My advice would be to look on the internet, or visit your local Toyota dealer, for OEM Toyota parts.
    Avoid joejoe, whatever you do.
He is dishonest, unprofessional, a thief, and a smug little mouthy, clown.
Him using the joker pic on his FB profile pic, is a shameful disgrace to the joker character.
He calls himself a Toyota parts person, yet hides behind a cartoon pic, several alias's, fake addresses, fake businesses ,ECT. Lmao

I called my local dealer for 2 parts. Online they are less than 6 bucks a piece. They state the MSRP on them less than 8 bucks a piece. My local dealer... best price he could do... $14 a piece. It was literally cheaper to buy them online and pay stupid high shipping rates than to buy from them. They just lost my business.

They are now Ourisman Toyota of Richmond. Apparently they got bought out recently or something. Website seems mostly the same, and my login still works which is nice.

I just placed an order through them a few days ago for a breather hose. My normal go-to https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com canceled the order due to backorder. We'll see how the new McGeorge does.

Interesting, the charge from yesterdays Ourisman (formerly McGeorge) order shows up as "Obi Wan, LLC" on my credit card. Seems a bit odd..

I wouldn't buy nothing from joejoe on FB.
I sent him money ($253.00) for a brake master cylinder back in March 2023.
He told me the order was in and would ship out the next day. In august I asked him if my part was on backorder. He said no, that Toyota just had not shipped it to him yet.
Turns out after I did some research and made several calls, the brake master cylinder is discontinued from Toyota , no longer available.
It's now November, and that jokerclown still has my money.
I've had alot of joejoes cheersquad attack me for saying this about their Messiah. Saying it's only $253 and I'm crying over that. Well yes, it's my money. And I completely hate and despise a liar and a thief.
Joejoe also took $2500.00 from a friend of mine on FB. Took the guys money and never sent his parts.
I have documentation, transaction records, and fb messenger comments screenshot saved, I don't need to prove anything to joejoe cheer squad
I DO NOT recommend anyone sent that coward jojoe money for these OEM parts he is selling.

DO NOT buy from joejoe on Facebook!
There is a good reason why he hides behind a joker character pic, and uses alias's, fake addresses, and fake business names, and gets the money from people, through PayPal friends and family.
If some of you sent him money and got your parts, more power to you. I'm happy for you. I didn't ask
All I know is I sent that smug creep my money, and he promised to ship my brake master cylinder.
I later found out from other oem Toyota suppliers and venders that the part is discontinued from Toyota.
So why does joejoe jokerclownboy still have my money. Because I believe he knew from the start that the part was discontinued, and he has absolutely no intention on refunding my money.
Someone like him takes someone's money the way he does through PayPal , friends and family, he is clearly shady and up to no good, and is a thief.

My order showed up on time and as expected, no issues. I guess the new company is legit. Still a really odd name to use for CC charges though.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
One needs to remember your local dealer parts people while some can be outstanding others can be pretty useless. Have overhead to deal with so parts need to be marked up to at least break even.

The 1 or 2 people in the corner moving parts by phone and internet only have their wages to cover and can sell unseen and never touched parts much cheaper then in person at the counter .

Look at shipping costs real close since pretty much state sales tax is collected every place online.

I was very lucky I had a great local Toyota dealer.

Yeah I ordered the lower steering shaft from McGeorge. Turns out I ordered the one for a 2WD not a 4WD. It's about 2" shorter. Anyway, went back online to see about a return and all their websites were down. Web search showed they were bought out. Emailed the new folks and they said to send it back like normal and they would refund the amount but it would be a paper check since all the accounts got changed over. Got it 3 weeks later.

I've had good experiences purchasing OEM Toyota Tacoma accessories & parts from websites like ToyotaPartsDeal, Parts OlatheToyota, and Hookeroad. They provide genuine parts and a variety of options for different Toyota models.

I've ordered stuff from Toyotapartsdeal for 8 years now. Filters, gaskets, etc. Always been a good experience until back in December. I opened the package, quickly counted that everything was there and set it aside. Went to put in one of the two air filters I ordered and it was the wrong part number. No problem, took some pics and jumped on their website. I was within the 30 day period so it should be good. Eventually I got a message back that I needed to send a picture of the label of the shipping box. I have the original filters in the original packaging, and the shipping information they provided but we got to a standstill on submitting a picture of the original shipping label. The box was tossed in the recycle bin weeks ago. I end up spending a few hours on the phone with Marissa and then Joe and they both repeated their stance that nothing can be done without the shipping label. So basically I'm out $50 because they sent me the wrong parts. They were pretty sly about getting off the phone by saying they were going to look into the 'details' of my case and then I'd get an email with their decision.
So then I placed another order because I was in a hurry and all my billing information was in their system and my cart was already cued up I figured I'd give them another chance. Wouldn't you know it, two more filters with the wrong part number showed up. Then I found out that there is a 20% restocking fee plus I pay for shipping when they send you the wrong parts. They when pushed said the part number was superseded by this new part number so the filters are obviously different but there was nothing they could do. The bigger kick in the nuts was that parts they sent me were $7 cheaper. I eventually got a refund on two of the four filters. However, I will not recover the hours of my life on hold or on the phone with their returns department that could never admit they sent the wrong parts.

No more toyotapartsdeal for me. Learned my lesson twice.

All the dealers near me are now on Toyotas online system the prices online average 15-35% off retail and they deliver to the house for free on orders over $75 if less I just run and pickup cause they’re like 10 minutes from me.
