Looks good. About 30 degrees here with a brisk wind, so a wash is a no go. With winter here, washing the truck is a challenge. I'm always leery about using a automatic wash, for fear of scratches or damage. Anybody have thoughts on this?

I have the same worry on using an automatic car wash so I’ve only hand washed this far. Been looking for a touchless car wash around me, but they all have crap that slaps and scrubs the vehicle.

Can that tube be a little un-kinked in right-front? Could be limiting the boost?:notsure:

    Inspected my tires.

NHTSA Recall ID Number : 23T010

    Synopsis :
Sumitomo Rubber USA, LLC (Sumitomo) is recalling certain Falken Wildpeak AT3W with size 265/70R17 115T and Wildpeak HT02 with size LT235/85R16 120/116S tires. Due to a manufacturing error, the tires may have a puncture in the sidewall and leak air. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." A loss of air pressure can increase the risk of a crash. Dealers will replace the affected tires, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 11, 2024. Owners may contact Sumitomo customer service at 1-877-763-0416

That brush at the self serve looks rough so I don't use it. Do you bring a bucket and cloths and do it yourself? That high pressure hose just doesn't get the salt off.

It was mid 40s this morning when I started. I've never trusted automatic wash, I would rather let it be dirty for a couple of months when it's really cold. Today was more about climbing on the topper rack and spraying the hose directly on the mounting holes of the cab rack to check my application of silicone.

yup bring a pile of microfiber for when i need it, I find the hose gets most here in CO at least. The brushes are filthy- no go there!

    Ahhhhh!

The last of the 3rd Gens.

Are you gonna tint front windows and add window guards?

    How bout hood struts?

    TRD Skid?

Or side steps or those rails the rock crawlers use to prevent damage to the undercarriage?

Any other plans for your Sport?

Window tint yes. Just need to schedule it.
Rims and tires are next. My AGP bronze wheels just arrived today. Wildpeak 265/70/17s gonna be installed hopefully next week. Then a bed cover. Still researching what brand I want. I’m also eyeballing a Offroam phone holder. Suspension is gonna stay stock for now. Pretty happy with my new truck. Just a few small mods for now. I would like some steps at some point.
