5 Lug or 6 Lug?

Hello, I wanted some insight into what lug pattern I have because i’m going to purchase new Upper control arms and they’re made for “6 lug” tacomas. I have a SR model 2wd- most of these are 5 lug from what I read online. But these wheels have 5 bolts only, mine has 6.

 

I'm seeing 6 lug's, but if you take one off you'll have a 5 lug.

If 3rd gens follow the 2nd gen trend, Prerunners are all 2WD but have six lugs. The non-Prerunner 2WD have five lugs. Toyota prerunners are on a 4x4 chassis but are 2WD. They can have a rear locker in the offroad package. I repeat this info is for 2nd gen but I suspect it holds true for 3rd gen.

upper control arms don't care how many lugs your wheels have. Order the appropriate control arms for a 3rd gen.

What I would recommend is getting some 6 to 10 lug adapters. Then run some 22.5" Alcoa 10 lug wheels, and keep them polished up.

I think you are looking at upper control arms for a 2nd gen, pre 2016, Tacoma.
