Headunit audio data display issues

hello everyone!

i'm currently having issues with my headunit displaying audio info such as: artist, song title, album. also, i'm not able to skip tracks with the controls on my steering wheel. i just started happening today and i've never had an issue with it before. i've already reconnected bluetooth between my vehicle and phone to no success. here are some specs for additional info. hopefully someone knows the cure for this. thank you in advanced!

2019 trd sport. entune with navi, non-JBL.

ack. disregard, problem solved. if anyone ever runs into this issue, you probably need to restart your phone. D:

 

Thread revival for a moment. If anyone's head units just started doing this like the one in my 2021 did... Yup, restart your device lol.
