Wondering what this blue circle underlined check mark is on my Tacoma icon in my Google search.

Being old and not very computer savvy I'm pretty clueless.

It wasn't there earlier and I was on TW then fell asleep with my phone in my hand and figured I must have pushed something.

Anyway to get rid of it? What's it for?
