6'5', here - I installed the fronts only to raise the front edge for support under my thighs. One of the first things I did after I bought it 2 years ago, and it has made long trips
FAR more comfortable, and I also recommend the molle bracket between them for more storage options. I'm still toying with the idea of the compressor bracket under the passenger seat.
BTW, it doesn't affect headroom by any notable measure (I still have to do contortions getting in and out, as I do on most vehicles)

Highly recommend the seat jackers and the MMP. Fronts only and no issues.

I have them on both driver and passenger seats and their arb mount under the passenger seat with an arb twin. I went with the smallest shims on the drivers seat rear. My knees are in the way of the steering wheel when getting in and out of the vehicle, but I no longer get leg cramps on long distance drives.

I recommend the seat jackers and a different vehicle for long distance road trips. ;)

I've used them for 3 years and they really help with the sore back and sciatica.
