Fog Lights?

So, it appears that some idiot busted one of my fog lights the other day. It was either while I was parked, or it was the guy who threw a tidal wave slush & ice at me.

I'm choosing to see this as an opportunity to upgrade to LED fog lights!

I recall there was a guy around here who had done some pretty extensive tests on different fog light brands. Does anyone know where that thread was? I can't seem to find it. I don't even remember if it applied to 3rd gens.
