Angled Head Unit?

Anyone know of any mods to angle the head unit towards the driver instead of having it point straight out?

 

it's possible, just requires significant modification of the mounting points(longer bolts, spacers), and the surrounding dash panel--the radio bezel is larger behind the dash panel, the passenger side of the opening would need to be enlarged to allow the protrusion of the radios internal structure.

 

I think the table style external display would be most ideal. I hate them in tacomas because it blocks vents though.
