I picked up my first Tacoma a few months ago and it already had the rough country n3 3” lift kit on the front with 2” blocks on the rear leaf springs. I noticed my leaf springs are pretty flat which seems to be common with tacomas. My question is if I would be able to put the 3.5” lifted leaf springs as a replacement. I would like to get rid of the blocks but didn’t know if it was okay to lift the rear 1/2” more.

You can, but you will need new shocks, and a 3" degree shim at minimum. You might not a 3.5" lift spring 2.5" to 3" check out Icon or Deaver.
