Hello everyone I’m almost approaching 62k miles on my 2018 TRD Sport (I bought it at 55k) and a light that says maintenance required soon pops up everytime I turn on the truck and soon clears after a few seconds. I have changed the oil and both engine and cabin air filters and done a tire rotation just this week however the light won’t clear. Does anybody know if I must manually clear it, or is there something I’m missing here?? thanks!!!!

Google it. You have your choice of videos. The reset isn't linked to the work you actually did on the truck.

You have to manually reset it.

Push odometer button in - hold it and turn on the ignition without starting the truck. The odometer will show dashes in place of the numbers which will disappear one at a time from left to right. After the last one clears - you are reset.

When you do the maintenance you have to reset the computer, which monitors your mileage.
On dash display use the buttons on the wheel to scroll over to the (!). Then go down to settings and maintenace reset.

OP this is not an emergency. It doesn’t affect anything. For now just ignore it until you get the chance or time to resolve it. I believe the owners manual tells you how to reset it. Or you can search YouTube, there are several videos how to reset it.

You manually reset it when you change oil. 4500 miles later it comes on briefly every time you start the truck and at the 5000-mile mark it comes on and stays on until you reset it.

It is just a reminder for "routine maintenance". It is NOT the "Check Engine" light.
