In other news, a co worker wound up with a spare cpap thru a series of insurance and medical supply store mix ups. So... I'm being allowed to borrow it and try it out! Yay loopholes! Last night was my first night trying it, took a little getting used to. But for the first time I woke up and was just..awake and ready. It was like magic

I've been sleeping in a recliner since I boogered up my back, and sleeping well! I'll jump back in the bed here in a few more days, that transition from laying flat to getting up was brutal. Doing much better now.

We were supposed to support ULA's Vulcan fueling on Friday and bossman gets a call from 7th floor Nasa HQ that nobody at ULA has a live Scape cert and it's a hard stand down from us. Scaping is the term Nasa uses for the process of fueling rockets/satellites. Turns out nobody there has had the cert for 13 yearso_Ohuge liability when fueling rockets. For a few reasons, none of which are my companies fault, that got pushed to today. When the 7th floor calls, you better answer.

Back at it today bright and squirrely:thumbsup:

Went and ate last night after Sadie’s Christmas play, this really bothered my OCD when Cole and I went to the bathroom.

Everything about that triggers my OCD, the joints in the tile, not centered, the trim ring where the pipe comes through the wall…

The CPAP machine was a life changer for me, unfortunately I got it 30 years too late.

Work with it - adjust settings, try different masks, give yourself time to adjust.

Once you get it dialed in it makes a huge difference in the quality of your sleep.

The older you get problems not being able to go transition into needing to go right now ...

And people continue to think that the "lowest bidder" offers the best value. o_O

My wife has been wanting me to do a sleep study for a CPAP machine for snoring. Instead, I'm working on dropping about 25 pounds. Progress is going well so far.
