I bought these after market led tail light off market place, and the brake light for the passenger side doesn’t work. Any suggestions? I heard something about a bad ground in some and I found a ground wire that was not fully connected could that be it?

Welcome to Tacoma World. If there is a disconnected wire, that's probably a safe place to start troubleshooting. Otherwise we need more info to give better answers. Have any photos of the tail lights?

I have no idea. Aftermarket is not the same as OE.
All I can tell you is that the blue wire is power, and the White/Black wire is the ground.
