Or just trade it in for a new Ram, F series or Silverado. You'll get way more HP, mileage, towing capacity and reliability, at least that is what some on here would have you believe. I on the other hand, have found that HP is limited by the nannies so the 600hp isn't really 600 hp, mileage has always been worse with the half ton trucks, I'll give towing capacity since they are built for it, but reliability?, I have never had a domestic half ton stay reliable after the warranty runs out. I'll keep the Tacoma, thank you. I'm happy, mileage, reliability and the power is good enough for me, 3 out of 4 ain't bad. :D:rofl:

Huh? I have had two 22RE trucks, 15-17 mpg was the norm. No crazy mods either, mostly stock with 31” tires.

My 3rd gen does an easy 20 mixed, and 23-24 on the interstate if you keep it at 65.

just returned from a road trip from FL to Western Mass and back. Got just under 21mpg. No AC cause cold as hell already and i'm old and drive around the speed limit. I'll take that any day!
