Your talking about the part I circled in red?

If so that's a transmission cooler fitting, on the truck side it's just a flared piece of tubing with a hose barb on one end and nut on the other end.

On the radiator side the cooler is built into the radiator.

The radiator looks relatively new so I'd bet either the fitting isn't tight or it's a shitty aftermarket radiator, I've had alot of issues with getting the cooler line fittings to seal on aftermarket radiators.

Definitely looks like that truck has been in a front end collision. New aftermarket rad probably. Though to be honest Im not seeing the leak..

I have never seen a radiator look like that (Home Depot)

it appears someone broke the nipple and repaired it by putting fittings in the hole

there are not many things that connect to a radiator

    -coolant hoses
    -trans fluid if automatic
-gear oil if manual if using gear oil cooling

I’m guessing you blasted it with brake cleaner or something so we can’t see where it’s leaking. Is the leak from the left of the nut shaped silver part or to the right where the hose has a clamp?
