    Anyone have recommendations on the best 0W-20 to run in the Gen3 3.5 V6?
    Use the Toyota oil or something else?

    5% tint all around, Raptor grill lights, ProComp 17x8.5 Rockwell wheels, Maxxis 265 / 65 / 17 AT tires, TRD skid plate
    There are numerous threads on what the best oils are. I usually use the Toyota brand or Mobil 1.

    Anything but Toyota brand will lead to engine fatigue.
    It's designed for today's, smaller, higher revving minivan engines.

    this is one of those topics, that most will tell you the brands they use is "the best".
    I just buy whatever name brand is having a sale on the correct type and weight.

    cheapest you can find. There's nothing inherently magic about "toyota" branded oil. They all adhere to standards, so try to save a few bucks when you can. More important than brand is change interval (im partial to 5K), but thats a whole other can of worms.

    You can buy oem from the dealer. They probably use bulk and a different brand

    Once dealers started adding to msrp, charging more for parts to repair than you could pay at parts department , part never left the building. There is a problem

    Just a few accessories, mud flaps, bed cover , racks, seat covers, ….
    My truck oil change is due in 1k . I went to costco to get the mobil1 - 0w-20 , sales ended, I got costco brand full syntactic 0w-20. 2 five quarts=10 quarts for $48, you would get $10 off if they are on sale that is = $38. I'll be happy to see comments on this brand of oil from my fellows TW gangs! :).

    Paying more will make you feel better for about,,,, oh 3-5 minutes.
