There's a new law that says you have to turn your headlights on while driving if it's raining in Sweden

How are we supposed to know if it's raining in Sweden?

    Damn you, took my line.

Also, kipper oil is an excellent environmentally friendly alternative for engines requiring lower vizkoziti.

The majority are pretty comparable in quality. I wouldn't put a generic Dollar General oil in it, but I'd go with whichever big brand is on sale at that time. Rotella, Mobil, Valvoline, Castrol, Pennzoil, etc are all good.

I buy Mobil 1 at Wally World. You can get the 12 qt 'box' for $60.00. Enough for 2 oil changes. Which ends up being cheaper than one 5 quart jug + a one quart bottle.

I have a hard time going to Costco... I always feel like I'm stealing when I buy one (or two) of their roasted chickens or one of those giant bottles of cashews.... ;)

Ugh, I hate my 2015 with NO TEMP SENSOR IN THE GRILL.

Weather Channel probably paid big bucks to get their logo onto the Tacoma dashboard somewhere. Its about 95% worthless driving up to go skiing

"Here's the current weather 40 miles and 40 minutes ago"

5-30 Valvoline Advanced oil literally bumped my used, messed up 03 V6 4runner engine from 14MPG to 18MPG. I got that truck used from PA, it had some bs fram filter we literally had to cut out with knife. So Valvoline did very good job with that 160K engine for truck that was over 19 years old.

Planning to use 0-20 Valvoline Extended Protection for my V6 taco too. I've heard Mobil is also very good, they use Mobil for lots of trucks.

I can't speak for Taco right now, its brand new basically. But don't get too worried about brands, its more about making sure you change it on time.

If an oil meets GF-6A, it’s a good oil. You’re not going to be able to tell any difference between oils with the same specs.

It seems that asking what the best oil is rates right there with grown men debating who’s farts smell the best.

Get an oil that has the seal on it that says American Petroleum Institute Certified. This will basically be about every oil on the shelf of your favorite auto store or Wally World.

With that being said Super Tech (Wal-Mart), Amazon and the Costco brand Kirkland are all from Warren Distribution and are essentially the same oil. The prices on these are generally pretty good, just depends on if you want to buy bulk or not. If you're looking for a more name brand Pennzoil is really good.

The more important thing is to change your oil every 5k miles and your engine will run forever.
