I need to replace my front front rotors and pads on my 2001 S-runner.

How much power do I need to remove these bolt? Would a M18 FUEL 18V Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 1/4 inch work? Says 2000 inch pounds that should be round 166 ft lbs. Or do I need a 1/2 impact gun?

3/8 mid torque is a good fit nowadays, and the Milwaukee one is great
