New head, fog, rear lights, light bar, backup lights, new grill, 1.5” wheel spacers (don’t hate on me. lol). That’s it if you consider those mods… mostly for work so next is new exhaust, radio, then maybe rims and level/lift kit (struts, control arms, etc..). Not the basic one
So the gen 3 access cabs only come with the brake light I assume? Wanted the clear lights also and was hoping the access cab came with them and could just put on my 2006

Yup, but I think some of the later year tacos come with bed lights mounted back by the tailgate.

Which is exactly what I ended up doing. Mounted my own lights a few wiring tricks courtesy of you tube. And done.

Thanks guys! Prob just going to order some led strips or lights lie in the picture. Not looking to buy the one from the company that makes them for 2-300$ just so I can have a cargo light. Lol

Anyway the wiring is kinda simple you should only have a positive and negative leading to the fuse. Positive gets an add a fuse to a constant power. And the negative gets tapped into the blue wire coming from the oem switch. Very simple . This will have your bed lights exactly like the interior can lights. This is what I did

Cool thanks. Good video. Was just going to wire up a toggle switch but maybe I’ll go this route.
