I've got the All-Pro Low Profile Tube Bumper; it's well-built and has worked great for years, but it leaves the front of the truck looking rather exposed and unfinished in some ways. The washer fluid reservoir is left exposed, for instance.

I'd like to add a shell of sorts to enclose all that, similar to how a plate bumper looks but without the weight and you know, having to buy a whole other bumper.

Has anybody seen anything similar to what I'm describing? I might end up making something but my fab skills are amateurish at best.

I used this (traded a guy that works there for some fenders instead of paying for one though - boss said it was fine) and bought my own countersunk washers off of eBay and bolts from McMaster Carr. Did exactly what you’re talking about but with a trail gear tube bumper.

Here’s another truck with your bumper.

The material is the hard part to find if you’re trying to put a valence kit together for yourself. Usually it’s only available in the width needed as a full sheet.

Good call with the countersunk washers, I'll have to try that

The Desolate kit comes with them and mounting tabs (which also can be found on ebay for not too much). Whatever you do, get raw aluminum or stainless washers as the anodized washers get discolored in the sun.
