Does anyone know if the manual transmission of a Xrunner works on a 3rd gen 2WD?

I have a 3rd gen limited 2WD and I would like to get more power out of that 3.5

not that easy any more. all the right computers need to be synced up to work properly, and all the right wiring harnesses need to be installed. you basically need to be a mechanical, wiring, and computer genius to even have a possibility of a slim chance at getting the truck functional.
