Coastal Offroad Talky Time

I think if you can weld, or want to learn to weld, this is a great option. But, paying someone to assemble it, especially someone who doesn't work on bumpers, can be a gamble. The fabricator I used did an awesome job but I specially sought out someone who welds with aluminum regularly. I'm from coastal VA so most fabricators are building T Tops or other boat accessories so it does work in my favor.

The steel arm and aluminum bumper still bothers me. I wanted aluminum more for the corrosion resistance and not having to continually touch up rust spots from getting sand blasted on the beach. The arm is easier to touch up than the bumper, but it's not clear on their site that the add on option will remain steel regardless of the bumper material you select.

I'm happy with my final product even with the hiccups and issues I had to work through. The 2in receiver being 1.99in was a gut punch 1week before I left for a trip with my Offroad trailer, but I ended up just grinding down one of my drop hitches and that's what I'll use going forward.
