Coolant hoses replacement? What to buy??

    That pretty interesting that the Silicone is just a cover for the rubber.

    I'd just buy Genuine Toyota Parts radiator hoses, although both Dayco and Gates make pretty good stuff too.

    back to bone stock.
    all my replacement hoses and belts have been GATES. all my life. so far, so good. they do the bends right so I don't have to struggle..or trim. ick. get Gates or OEM.

    6 inch Douche Bag lift...what else do I need?
    I've run HPS silicone hoses for a few years. After years and hundreds of dirt miles later they are still in great shape, no leaks, no dry rot and the red color still looks cool!

    After buying replacement hoses, don't cheap out with worm clamps.

    Buy yourself some new constant tension clamps as you can get them from Toyota.

    They're already "set" to go as you just slip them over the hose, install the hose where it needs to go, then pull off the metal tab and done.
