    Hi all,

Been lurking on this forum for years, but finally decided to join because I'm totally baffled and don't know where to go. I have a 2017 off-road 4dr long bed that came with LED fog lights. The driver side went out the other week, so I ordered SS3 "sport" to replace both. Everything I've seen online is talking about halogen OEMs. Mine look nothing like those. I got two harness in the kit. One harness, which looks to have a long lead for wire tapping?, is connected to a 4 pin receiver. I'm not sure why that is even included because the back of the SS3 only has 2 pins and this harness doesn't even fit the light. The other is a 2 pin, which fits the light, and seems to fit my truck (larger of the two connections). However, my OEM fog light had two connections, not one, so I have no idea how to properly wire it. It seems like one is power and the other is a signal for DRL or dimming it? See photo.

    THanks!

Following up on this in case anyone finds themselves in my situation. My 2017 Off Road came with LED fogs and DRL from Auer Automotive. Apparently, it was an upgrade option, but I didn't have a lot of options because I wanted a 4dr with the long bed, so whatever else came with it was there. Auer has apparently discontinued these lights, but ALL the wiring through the DRL button was part of their kit. So the connections on the right in the photo doesn't match anything. I installed my SS3 with backlight using the harness provided, but instead of connecting the DD harness lead to the parking light, I clipped the end and connected it to the existing Auer (red) wire with some heat shrink. Fogs run great, and the amber backlight operates just as DRLs did (because it's the same circuit).

The only reason this might be relevant is I spent hours online looking for how to rig this, and everything I found was for upgrading OEM halogens. The only thing I found for OEM LEDs from Auer was on a Tundra.
